左枕叶隐球菌感染的慢性肉芽肿性炎症误诊一例 被引量：2

摘要 患者女，35岁。间断性出现有眼视物模糊伴神志不清10余天，每次持续约40min后视力及神志恢复正常。17岁时曾有发热、咳嗽、咯痰、咯血等病史，给予抗结核治疗后症状缓解。神经科专科检查：言语清楚，时间、空间定向力正常，粗测记忆力、
