摘要
以4-三氟甲氧基苯胺为原料,经溴化得到2,6-二溴-4-三氟甲氧基苯胺。研究了溴化剂(液溴、液溴-双氧水)和溶剂(二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷-水、二氯甲烷-水)等因素对产量、纯度及成本的影响。结果表明,最佳工艺条件为:使用液溴-双氧水作溴化剂,液溴与4-三氟甲氧基苯胺摩尔比为1∶1,二氯甲烷-水作反应溶剂,回流反应,产率可达97%,纯度>99.5%。
An improved synthesis process of 2,6-dibromo-4-trifluoromethoxy aniline,an important agrochemical intermediate,which was prepared from 4-trifluoromethoxy aniline was described.The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:Br2,Br2-H2O2 as brominating agents,molar ratio of Br2 to 4-trifluoromethoxy aniline 1 ∶ 1,methylene dichloride-water as solvent,reflux.The reaction yield was 97% and the purity of product was over 99.5%.
