摘要
通过对氮气泡沫压裂液的筛选,优选出适合于煤层的泡沫压裂液体系,性能测定表明,0.25%SL-1+0.25%SL-2+0.5%ABS+0.2%PAM泡沫体系经145 s-1剪切后粘度仍稳定在100 mPa.s,滤失系数为1.54×10-5 m/min1/2,陶粒沉降速度仅为清水的0.004 5%,对煤样的损害率只有20.8%(相对于瓜胶的79.4%),远小于常规压裂液,其吸附量对煤基质的孔隙基本不会产生堵塞,由此可见,0.25%SL-1+0.25%SL-2+0.5%ABS+0.2%PAM体系泡沫压裂液非常适合煤层气井的压裂施工。
Foam fracturing fluid system for coal was optimized.By measuring the performance of nitrogen foam fracturing fluid,the results showed that:the viscosity of 0.25%SL-1+0.25%SL-2+0.5%ABS+0.2%PAM system remained stable at 50 mPa · s after shear at the rate of 145 s-1,filtration coefficient was only 1.54×10-5 m/min1/2,settling velocity of ceramic was accounted 0.004 5% of water.The damage rate to the coal of foam system was only 20.8%(compared to 79.4% of guar gum),the damage of foam system was far less than for conventional fracturing fluid.The foam fracturing fluid will not block the coal porosity.Thus,0.25%SL-1+0.25%SL-2+0.5%ABS+ 0.2%PAM system was suitable fracturing system for coalbed methane wells.
