ZnO/Ag纳米复合物的制备及光学性质

Preparation and optical properties of ZnO/Ag nanocomposites

摘要 采用ZnO纳米晶表面还原Ag+的方法合成了ZnO/Ag纳米复合物,并研究了其光学性质.透射电镜和XRD谱表征了ZnO/Ag纳米复合物的晶体形貌和结构,吸收光谱和荧光光谱证明ZnO和Ag之间存在电子传递.在325nm激光激发下观察到了ZnO/Ag纳米复合物的表面增强共振拉曼散射. ZnO/Ag nanocomposites were synthesized by reducing silver ions on the ZnO nanocrystal surface, and the optical properties of the nanocomposites were studied. The size distribution and morphology of ZnO/Ag nanocomposites were characterized by TEM and XRD. The UV-vis absorption spectra and photoluminescence of ZnO/Ag nanocomposites showed that the electron transfer occurred between ZnO and Ag. Furthermore, surface enhanced resonant Raman scattering of the ZnO/Ag nanocomposites was observed with excitation of 325 nm line from He-Cd laser.
