摘要
针对江西彭泽核电厂重件单件重量大,外型尺寸超长、超高、超宽等特点,在其重件码头800 t桅杆吊结构设计中首次采用了"臂架+撑杆"的新型组合型式,并将其下铰支座合二为一,较好地解决了独立采用臂架的下铰支座对码头平台水平力大、变幅钢丝绳拖拉长度长、与臂架夹角小等难点问题。该设计具有结构紧凑、自重较轻、水工结构投资少等优点,对类似结构型式的重件码头设计有一定参考价值。
The heavy cargo of Pengze nuclear power plant in Jiangxi Province has the characteristics of large single - piece weight, ultra - large size ( including length, height and width). In the structural design of 800 t mast crane of heavy cargo wharf, the new combination of arm support and strut was applied for the first time, in which, the hinge supports were combined as one. Therefore, the horizontal force of hinge support to the wharf platform was reduced, comparing with the single hinge support with arm support and the so was the tension length of wire rope and the angle between arm support and hinge support. The advantages include tight structure, small deadweight and low cost.
