摘要
结合郧县汉江二桥工程实际,对钢管混凝土系杆拱桥的柔性系杆结构设计、防腐设计、施工要点、材料选择等进行了研究。为减小系杆与其支承构件之间的摩擦,设计了系杆导轮架。主要对比了低松弛预应力钢铰线系杆和高强钢丝系杆在施工便易性和可更换性方面的差异。认为前者在上述几方面具有优势,推荐作为系杆使用。同时,讨论了系杆张拉力控制和合理张拉力的利用,认为系杆拱桥的使用应力可大于斜拉桥拉索的使用应力。
Taking the No. 2 Bridge on Hanjiang River in Yunxian County as an example, the structure design, anticorrosion design, construction key point and material selection of flexible tied bar of a arch bridge with concrete - filled steel pipe tied bar is presented. Guide pulley of tied bars is designed to decrease the friction between tied bars and their supporting member. The tied bars of low relaxation pre - stress steel strand and tired bars of high strength steel wire are compared from the aspect of con- struction convenience and replacing, and the former is believed to have more advantages. We discuss tensile force control and its rational utilization, and point out that the working stress of a tied arch bridge could be higher than cable working stress of a cable - stayed bridge.
