摘要
目的:通过对颅颌面骨骼部分参数的测量与分析,寻找出一个或几个特征性参数,有助于确定下颌弓的形态.方法:对20名正常男性自愿者进行螺旋CT扫描,在Mimics 8.1软件中完成颅面骨骼的三维重建,定点并测量部分线距参数.结果:特定线距比值Go-Go(两侧下颌角点间距)/Gf-Gf(两侧关节窝中心点间距)和Go-Go(两侧双下颌角点间距)/Zm-Zm(两侧颧颌缝最下缘点间距)等的变异很小,通过测量Gf-Gf和Zm-Zm间距等可计算出下颌弓其它部位的相关数值如下颌角间宽、颏孔间宽等.结论:颅面骨在三维空间生长是按一定比例的,有一定规律可循,线距之间的比值变异很小,可以通过测量Gf-Gf和Zm-Zm间距来获得下颌骨轮廓的相关数据.
Objective:To find one or several parameters that might help to determine the morphous of dental arch and mandibular arch through 3D measurement and analysis on the skull features. Methods: Spiral CT scan was performed in 20 male volunteers and the data obtained were used for 3D reconstruction of skull in the software Mimics 8.1. Landmarks of skull features were defined and some parameters were measured by computer. Results: Variations of some ratios of definite distances such as Go - Go/Gf - Gf and Go - Go/Zm - Zm were insignificant compared with those of distances only. Data, of Go - Go , Mf- Mf and others in relation with mandibular arch could be obtained through calculation. Conclusions: The growth in three dimension of skull has its own rule and follows a definite proportion. Ratios of definite distances such as Go - Go/Gf - Gf and Go - Go/Zm - Zm may represent the internal correlation.
