封闭式负压吸引技术在骨科创伤感染中治疗的应用 被引量:9

摘要 目的探讨封闭式负压吸引技术在骨科创伤感染中治疗的临床治疗效果。方法选取2010-02-2011-05于本院进行治疗的150例骨科创伤感染患者为研究对象,将其随机分为A组(封闭式负压吸引组)75例和B组(普通换药组)75例,后将两组感染控制率、创面愈合时间进行统计及比较。结果 A组患者的感染控制率、创面愈合时间均明显优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论封闭式负压吸引技术在骨科创伤感染中治疗的临床效果好,值得在骨科创伤患者中推广应用。
