摘要
目的:评价64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像在诊断冠状动脉狭窄中的应用价值。方法:行冠状动脉CT检查的可疑冠心病患者60例分别进行64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像诊断(MSCT)与冠状动脉造影诊断(CAG)。结果:60例患者左冠状动脉主干长度平均为(9.8±2.2)mm。左冠状动脉直径为0.30~0.73cm,右冠状动脉直径为0.26~0.73cm。冠状动脉类型:右优势型30例,左优势型6例,均衡型24例。在60例患者中,CAG诊断阳性55例,阴性5例;MSCT诊断阳性50例,阴性10例。以CAG作为判断标准,MSCT诊断敏感性为90.9%(50/55),特异性为100.0%(5/5)。结论:64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像在诊断与评价冠状动脉狭窄中的应用价值高,敏感性与特异性高,可合理判断冠状动脉类型与长度、直径,可成为诊断冠心病的有效影像学手段,值得推广应用。
Objective:To evaluate the applying value of 64-slice CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery stenosis.Methods:Coronary CT examination of 60 patients with suspected coronary heart disease were used the 64-slice CT coronary angiography diagnosis (MSCT) and coronary angiography diagnosis (CAG).Results:The average length of left main coronary artery were (9.8 ± 2.2) mm in the 60 patients. The left coronary artery diameter were 0.30-0.73cm, the fight coronary artery diameter were 0.26-0.73cm. the coronary type: Right dominant type were 30 cases, 6 cases were left edge, balanced werecases. In the 60 patients, CAG positive diagnosis were 55 cases, negative were 5 cases; MSCT positive diagnosis were 50 patients, negative were 10 cases. The CAG as a criterion, the MSCT diagnostic sensitivity was 90.9% (50/55), specificity was 100.0% (5 / 5). Conclusion:64-slice CT coronary angiography in the diagnosis and evaluation of coronary artery stenosis had high value, high sensitivity and specificity, can be reasonably determine the ,type and length of the coronary artery diameter, coronary heart disease can be an effective diagnostic imaging method, should be widely applied.
