摘要
目的:观察运用张仲景"芍药甘草汤"治疗中风后的肢体痉挛症,达到抑制和缓解肢体痉挛状态,从而利于肢体康复的治疗。方法:选择中风后肢体痉挛患者45例,均以"芍药甘草汤"为主方加减治疗2周后,评估肌紧张、肌痉挛的治疗效果。结果:显效18例,占40%;有效24例占53.3%;无效3例,占6.7%。总有效率93.3%。结论:经观察证明,应用"芍药甘草汤"治疗中风后肢体痉挛有很好的疗效,对于肢体运动功能的康复治疗有积极的作用。
Objective：To observe the useof Zhougjing ＂SGD（Shaoyao Gancao Decoction）＂ treatment of patients with limb spasticity after stroke, to achieve the suppression and mitigation limb spasticity, which was conducive to physical rchabilitation therapy. Methods： For Choosed 45 patients with limb spasticity after stroke, ＂SGD＂ as the main recipe and side addition and subtraction, for 2 weeks after treatment, had assessed muscle tension, muscle spasm treatment.Results：The markedly effective in 18 cases, 40%; effective 24 cases 53.3%; 3 cases, accounting for 6.7%. The total effective rate was 93.3%,Conclusion：The observation that the application ＂SGD＂ limb spasticity after stroke had a good effect, so that the physical rehabilitation of motor function had a positive effect.
