豚鼠双任务眨眼条件反射中的听觉惊吓反射特征参数及其对眨眼条件反射的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究双任务眨眼条件反射建立过程中豚鼠听觉惊吓反射(acoustic startle reflex,ASR)特征参数,及其对眨眼条件反射(classical eyeblink conditioning,EBC)的影响。方法 18只健康雄性英国种白化豚鼠分成3组(n=6):单任务-延迟性眨眼条件反射组、单任务-痕迹性眨眼条件反射组、双任务组。实验采用不同音频的正弦波纯音(3 kHz和1 kHz)作为条件刺激(conditioned stimulus,CS),100 ms束状氧气流作为非条件刺激(unconditioned stimulus,US)对动物进行配对训练,观察实验各组ASR的特征参数。结果双任务组中,豚鼠对3 kHz-CS表现出的ASR率与对1 kHz-CS表现出的ASR率相比差异具有显著性(F=198.685,P<0.01),前者显著高于后者,相应的,豚鼠对3 kHz-CS训练的痕迹性眨眼条件反射表现出更高的习得率。单任务组中的延迟性眨眼条件反射组和痕迹性眨眼条件反射组的ASR率组间差异无显著性(F=2.544,P>0.05),其眨眼条件反射学习规律与其他研究类似。结论在双任务眨眼条件反射训练过程中,高音频CS会抑制低音频CS的ASR反应,进而影响低音频CS对应的条件反射的学习。 Objective To investigate the characteristic parameters of acoustic startle reflex(ASR) during the acquisition of dual-task eyeblink conditioning(EBC),and to analyze the effect of ASR on EBC.Methods Eighteen healthy male British albino guinea pigs were randomly divided into 3 groups,single-task delay eyeblink conditioning(DEBC) group(n=6);single-task trace eyeblink conditioning(TEBC) group(n=6),and dual-task group(n=6).Three groups received paired training of tone conditioned stimulus(CS) at different audio frequencies(3 and 1 kHz) and a 100 ms corneal oxygen-puff unconditioned stimulus(US).The characteristic parameters of ASR were observed in the 3 groups.Results There were significant difference between ASR% to 3-kHz-CS and ASR% to 1-kHz-CS in dual-task group(F=198.685,P0.01),and the former was significantly higher than the latter.Correspondingly,guinea pig showed a higher acquisition rate of TEBC to 3-kHz-CS.There was no significant difference between the ASR% of single-task DEBC group and the ASR% of single-task TEBC group(F=2.544,P0.05).The acquisition pattern of eyeblink conditioning of the 2 groups were accorded with other study's results.Conclusion In the dual-task eyeblink conditioning,the ASR to low audio frequency CS will be inhibited by high audio frequency CS,and thereafter affect the learning of EBC which trained with low audio frequency CS.
