摘要
目的:建立苦参洗剂中苦参碱含量的测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,50μm);流动相:甲醇-水-3%磷酸溶液(80∶5∶12);流速为:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:220 nm;进样量:10μL;柱温:40℃。结果:苦参碱的HPLC进样量在0.12-2.0μg.mL-1范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为98.03%,RSD%为1.36%。结论:采用HPLC法测定苦参洗剂苦参碱的含量简便可行准确,且可操作性好,可用于其质量控制。
Objective： To establish bitter and lotion and alkali content of bitter the determination method.Methods： use HPLC,chromatographic column for kromasil using C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,50 μm）;Mobile phase： methanol-water-3% phosphoric acid solution（80∶5∶12）;Velocity for： 1.0 mL/min;Detected wavelength： 220 nm;Incoming sample amount： 10 μ L;The column temperature： 40 ℃.Results： the bitter and alkali HPLC in 0.12-incoming sample amount 2.0 μg·mL-1range and peak area integral value was good linear relationship,and the average recovery is 98.03%,RSD% to 1.36%.Conclusion： the bitter were determined by HPLC method and the content of sophora flavescens lotion,accurate and feasible,and operability is good,can be used for the quality control.
