摘要
目的研究空气波压力治疗仪用于预防脊柱骨折术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)的效果。方法将80例脊柱骨折术后患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各40例,对照组采用常规预防方法,实验组除接受常规预防方法外,采用空气波压力治疗仪治疗(AWTT),观察两组患者DVT发生率。结果实验组下肢DVT发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论空气波压力治疗仪能有效预防脊柱骨折术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成。
Objective To study the effect of air wave tension therapy（AWTT） on prevention of deep venous thrombosis（DVT） for postoperative patients with vertebral orthopaedic operation.Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into experiment group and control group,each with 40 cases.The control group was applied with routine precaution.AWTT was applied in the experiment group,combined with the routine precaution.The incidence of DVT was then observed.Results The incidence of DVT of the experiment group was apparently lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Application of AWTT can effectively prevent the DVT on postoperative patients of vertebral orthopaedic operation.
