摘要
随着PP的消费量逐年高速的增加和生产快速发展,第三代最先进的,低成本,低能耗,短流程,易操作,不脱灰,不脱无规物,牌号多,高附加值的气相法工艺已得到最广泛的应用。本文在介绍聚丙烯聚合工艺的基础上,着重阐述几大主要气相工艺的流程,技术特点及PP工艺开发现状,论述了气相工艺在我国的应用情况及前景。
With rapidly increase of PP consumption and the fast development of production,the third generation gas-phase process of the most advanced,low cost,low energy consumption,short procedure,easy operation,no deashing,no removing random copolymermore,brands,high value-added grades had been the most widely used.Based on the introduction of polypropylene polymerization process,some major gas phase process,technical features and development status of PP process was summarized,the application of the process gas phase in our country and its prospects were discussed.
