摘要
慢性心力衰竭是指心室充盈及(或)射血功能受损,使心排血量降低,不足以满足机体代谢需要的一种临床综合征,文章以三焦理论为指导,从人体全身水液代谢角度简单对此病辨证分析,提出对慢性心衰的治疗当在温补心气的基础上,加以疏导三焦,行气利水,为临床提供新的更为有效的治疗方案。
