摘要
目的对该酒店客房空调系统竣工时卫生状况进行卫生学评价,预防和控制可能出现的健康危害因素。方法采用现场卫生学调查空调系统布局及卫生设施设置情况,并按抽样比例随机抽取2套空调系统检测理化与微生物指标。结果客房层共8套空调系统均已安装空气净化消毒装置;2套空调系统冷却水、冷凝水均未检出嗜肺军团菌,新风量、空调送风、风管内表面卫生指标中,除22层9间房间细菌总数超标(合格率为10%),6间房间真菌总数超标(合格率为40%)外,其余卫生指标的检测值均合格。结论该酒店客房层空调系统空调送风细菌、真菌污染严重,与其空调部件未进行清洁有关,必须加强管理,空调系统及部件经清洗消毒,检测评价合格后方可运行。
Objective To conduct hygienic evaluation on a hotel＇s air-conditioning system after completion,to prevent and control health hazardous factors which may probably occur.Methods The overall arrangements and sanitary facilities of the air conditioning systems were surveyed by the methods of field hygienic investigation.2 sets of air conditioning systems were selected with random sampling method based on the sample ratio and tested for their physicochemical and microbiological indexes.Results All of the 8 sets of air-conditioning systems in the guest room floors were installed with air purifying and disinfecting devices.Legionella pneumophila could not be found in the cooling water and condensation water;The index of total bacteria count from the supply air in 9 rooms exceeded the national standards（qualified rate 10%） in the 22 nd floor,and the index of the total epiphyte count exceeded the national standards（qualified rate 40%） in 6 rooms on the same floor.The average values of fresh air volume,wind delivery from air conditioner and the inner surface of blast pipe were all qualified.Conclusion The inner surfaces of the blast pipes of air-conditioning system in the guest room floors of the hotel are badly contaminated by bacteria and epiphyses,because the parts of the air-conditioning systems aren＇t be cleaned.It＇s essential that the air-conditioning systems should be cleaned and sterilized before put into use.
