某船舶重工改造项目职业病危害控制效果评价 被引量:5

Control Effect Evaluation of Occupational Hazards in the Transformation Project of Shipbuilding Company

摘要 目的对某船舶重工改造项目存在的职业病危害因素及采取的防护措施进行分析和评价。方法采用现场职业卫生调查、职业病危害因素检测和定量分级法进行评价。结果该项目存在粉尘、二氧化锰、苯和二甲苯、噪声、手传振动、紫外辐射等职业病危害因素,粉尘、二氧化锰CTWA分别为20.000、0.205 mg/m3,苯和二甲苯最大浓度分别为15.3和474.0 mg/m3,噪声强度最高96.4 dB(A),手传振动强度43.3~68.7 m/s2,紫外辐射最高2.40μW/cm2,其他岗位工人接触的职业病危害因素的浓度(强度)均低于国家标准规定。结论该项目在建设阶段基本上执行了国家有关规定,针对各种职业病危害因素采取了相应的防护措施,产生的职业病危害因素是可以得到预防和控制的。 Objective To analyze and evaluate the occurrence of occupational hazards and preventive measures in the transformation project of a shipbuilding company.Methods The methods of field investigation,detection and quantitative classification were carried out.Results The main occupational risk factors that existed in the construction project were dust,manganese dioxide,benzene and xylene,noise,hand-transmitted vibration and ultraviolet radiation.The maximum values of CTWA for dust and manganese dioxide were 20.00 mg/m3 and 0.205 mg/m3,the maximum concentrations of benzene and xylene were 15.3 mg/m3 and 474.0 mg/m3,the maximum values of noise and ultraviolet radiation intensities were 96.4 dB(A) and 2.40 μW/cm2,the intensities of hand-transmitted vibration in workplace ranged from 43.3 m/s2 to 68.7 m/s2.The concentrations of occupational hazards in most posts accorded with the national standards.Conclusion The national related requirements have been basically carried out in the construction phase of this project.so that the occupational disease hazards can be prevented and controlled based on the relative preventive measures.
