摘要
全成本核算管理对军队医院的快速发展具有重要的意义,是推行医院管理改革进程的重要举措。本文结合医院推行医院全成本核算管理的具体实践,从开展全成本核算的具体策略和措施入手,介绍在实行全成本核算管理实践过程中取得的成果。
Total cost accounting management significantly enhanced the development of military hospital,it also played an important role in supporting hospital management reform.The article illustrated specific practices of total cost accounting management in the hospital,highlighted relative measures and introduced recent accomplishments.
