Preparation of Thermal Thickening Copolymer and Its Rheological Properties

摘要 简要介绍了四元温敏共聚物的制备方法。采用动态流变法考察了四元共聚物溶液的凝胶点、凝胶强度及凝胶温度。结果表明,在温敏共聚物含量2.0%,频率1 Hz条件下,剪切模量和损耗模量交叉时的凝胶温度为143℃,与试管倒置量法测试的凝胶温度相一致。凝胶强度与四元共聚物含量相关,共聚物含量增加,则凝胶强度增加。 Preparation methods of thermal thickening copolymer were briefly introduced. The gelling point, gel strength, and gelling temperature of thermal thickening copolymers were examined using dynamic rheological method. The result showed when the content of thermal thickening copolymer was 2.0%, and the frequency was 1 Hz, the shear modulus and loss modulus are were same at the temperature of 143 ℃ which is just the gelling temperature and the same as that determined using tube inversion method. The gel strength was dependent on the the content of thermal thickening copolymer. The gel strength increased with the increase of copolymer content.
