摘要
目的:浅谈临床药师在临床开展工作时沟通的重要性。方法:结合我院内分泌科临床药师的工作实践,通过案例分析临床药师开展临床药学工作需要具备的沟通能力和专业知识、技能以外的条件。结果:一个合格的临床药师,除了具备扎实的理论知识外,还必须要有较强的沟通能力,在沟通中,需要体现"三心二意",即真心、信心、热心和我愿意、我建议。结论:有效的沟通,能为临床药学工作亮起绿灯。
OBJECTIVE： To shallow about the importance of clinical pharmacist developing communication in pharmaceutical care. METHODS： Based on the practice of clinical pharmacist in department of endocrinology in our hospital, the communication skills, professional knowledge and technical ability that clinical pharmacists must have to develop clinical pharmacy were analyzed according to case study. RESULTS： To be a qualified clinical pharmacist,they must have solid theory of knowledge and good communication capability. ＂Three Attitudes and Two Wishes＂ should be reflected in the communication, i.e. sincere, confidence, enthusiasm, I will and I advise. CONCLUSION： Effective communication would play a tremendous role in pharmaceutical care.
