摘要
从温度、光照、土壤湿度等条件对南紫薇(Lagerstroemias ubcostata)种子萌发所产生的影响进行了实验,实验结果说明南紫薇有光促萌发性,并且温度对光照有较强的补偿;在光照周期性的条件下,南紫薇种子最合适的萌发温度为25~30℃;全遮光时最合适的萌发温度为30℃;土壤水分比例因素以14%~55%最合适;南紫薇种子耐贮藏、适合脱水、能耐低温,可以用常规贮藏方法实现长期保存。
This paper studied temperature, illumination and soil moisturecontent as well as seed storage on seed germination characteristics of Lagerstroemia subcostata Koehne. The result indicated that illumination could improve seed germination, and temperature could compensate the insufficient of illumination. On the condition of periodic alternation of illumination and darkness, the optimum temperature for seed germination was 25 ℃ to 30 ℃. In full darkness,the optimum temperature was 30 ℃. The optimum soil moisture was 14% to 55%. In all, this kind of seed was tolerant of desiccation, low-temperature and storage. It could be conserved in seedbank for long-time.
