摘要
为了选择对养殖业废水有较强耐污及净化能力的湿地植物,提高人工湿地对养殖业废水处理效果,采用基质栽培法对耐寒植物齿果酸模在猪场废水中的生长特性及其对氮、磷的去除效果进行了研究。结果表明,该植物在氨氮浓度150 mg/L左右的废水中长势良好,单株植物的生物量干重达到148.7 g,其氮、磷积累量分别为4.55 g和0.50 g,在单株处理水量为9 L,水力停留时间7 d时,齿果酸模对废水中氨氮、总氮、总磷及化学需氧量的平均去除率都在70%以上。可见,齿果酸模对猪场废水有较强的耐污能力和较好的净化效果,可用于人工湿地处理养殖业废水。
In order to choose wetland plants of hearing dirty or purification capacity and improve wetland treatment efficiency on swine wastewater, experiments were carried out by aggregate culture to study the growth characteristics and removal rates of nitrogen and phosphorus of cold resistance Rumex dentatus in swine wastewater. The results showed that the plant could grow well in the wastewater with ammonia nitrogen concentration of 150 mg/L,and plant biomass dry weight was 148.7 g, its accumulated amount of nitrogen and phosphorus in individual plant was 4.55 g and 0.50 g, respectively. At the treatment capacity of 9 L and the hydraulic retention time of 7 d, the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, total phosphorus and COD were above 70% by Rumex dentatus. Therefore, Rumex dentatus can be applied to constructed wetland, which had better bearing dirty ability and treatment performances on swine wastewater.
