摘要
沥青混凝土的疲劳性能在道路长期安全舒适运营过程中起着至关重要的作用。选用控制应力加载模式的室内间接拉伸疲劳试验,对Superpave 13密级配沥青混合料在纤维掺量分别为0、0.15%、0.25%、0.35%时的疲劳性能进行了试验研究。结果表明:沥青混合料疲劳寿命随着纤维掺量的增加而增加,但掺量过多则会影响纤维分散均匀性,对应于最长疲劳寿命的最佳纤维掺量为0.28%;混合料的疲劳性能在掺加聚酯纤维后得到了很大改善,混合料可以承受更多的荷载作用次数;从更好地发挥纤维提高疲劳性能的角度看,路面结构设计时采用柔性基层效果可能更好一些。研究对沥青混合料的设计和施工具有一定参考意义。
Fatigue performance of asphalt concrete plays an important role on road safety and comfort during long-term operation.Based on previous studies,using stress controlled loading mode,laboratory indirect tensile fatigue tests are performed to evaluate the fatigue performance of Superpave 13 dense-gradation asphalt mixture at 0,15,25 and 35 percent of fiber content.The results of tests show that the fatigue life increases with the fiber content,but too much content would affect dispersion uniformity of fibers,while the optimum fiber content corresponding to the longest fatigue life is identified as 0.28%;the fatigue performance of the mixture blended with polyester fibers has been greatly improved,and the mixture can bear more loading cycles;from the point of view to better play the fatigue performance of fibers,it is proposed that the effect of pavement structure designed with flexible base course may be better.The research may have some guiding significance on the asphalt mixture design and construction.
