摘要
根据广西水利电业集团10kV配电网2009～2010年的供电可靠性指标数据,研究了该配电网供电可靠性管理方面存在的问题。根据影响配电网供电可靠性的因素分析,结合该配电网的自身特点,探讨了从配电网的合理规划、基础建设、运行维护、预安排停电、不停电作业等方面加强供电可靠性管理的有效措施。
According the power supply reliability index data of the distribution network of Guangxi water conservancy electric power group during 2009-2010, this article discusses the problems of the management of the power supply reliability of the distribution network. According to the analysis of several factor that influences the power supply reliability and taking conjunction of actual state and characteristics of the distribution network of us group, some measurements of technology and management have been put forward：Strengthening the pre-arranged outage management; rationally planning, build a strong network; reliability-centered, to strengthen the distribution network operation and management; strengthen the non-power operations management; strengthen basic management work.
