摘要
实验以苯酚、丙酮为原料,以自制Keggin型配合物[(CH25)NH24]SiMo12O40为催化剂,催化合成双酚A,对产物进行了熔点测定、元素分析和红外光谱分析。考察了酚酮摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对双酚A收率的影响。结果表明:在丙酮用量6mL、n(苯酚)∶n(丙酮)∶n(催化剂)=4∶1∶0.003、甲苯用量50mL、反应温度40℃、反应时间2h条件下,产物收率大于68%。
Bisphenol A was synthesized from phenol and acetone using Keggin compound [(CH2)5NH2]4SiMo12O40 as catalyst, and characterized by melting point measurement, element analysis and IR. The effects of the main reaction conditions on the yield of bisphenol A were examined. The optimum conditions were obtained as follows: n(phenol) : n(acetone) : n(catalyst)= 4 : 1 : 0. 003, toluene 50 mL, reaction temperature 40 ℃ ,reaction time 2 h, with the product yield of above 68%.
