摘要
目的探讨复方米非司酮与米非司酮终止早孕临床效果。方法将收治的要求终止妊娠的212例妇女,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各106例,对照组采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗,观察组采用复方米非司酮联合米索前列醇治疗,比较两组流产效果及不良反应发生情况。结果对照组流产率88.7%,观察组流产率98.1%,两组完全流产率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组宫缩开始时间为(42.3±7.8)h,宫缩开始至引产结束时间为(11.4±4.3)h。观察组宫缩开始时间为(27.2±3.8)h,宫缩开始至引产结束时间为(5.3±3.4)h。两组宫缩开始时间,宫缩开始至引产结束时间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均出血量(51±32.3)ml,对照组平均出血量(123±43.6)ml,两组出血量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出现1例轻微恶心患者,未经处理自行缓解。对照组未见明显不良反应发生。两组不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方米非司酮联合米索前列醇可获得较高的流产率,增强抗早孕效果,减轻米非司酮对子宫内膜激素受体的影响,不良反应少,疗效较对照组佳,安全性好,值得临床推广应用。
Objective Explore the clinical effects of compound mifeprstone and mifeprstone termnation of early pergancy.Methods 212 cases of need stop pergancy,randomly devide into control group and observation group,each group have 106 patients.Control group use mifeprstone and misoprostol treat,observation group use compound mifeprstone and misoprostol treat,compair the abortion effect and adverse reaction performance.Results A bortion rate was 88.7% in the control group,observation group spontaneous abortion rate was 98.1%.Two groups of completely spontaneous abortion rate difference has statistical sgnificance（P0.05）.Control group contractons start time was（42.3±7.8）h,beginning to end time for induced labor was（11.4±4.3）h.Observation group contractions start time was（27.2±3.8）h,beginning to end time for induced labor was（5.3±3.4）h.Two group of contractions start time contractions,beginning to end time difference have statistical induced labor significance（P0.05）.The observation group average blood loss were51±32.3ml,average amount of blood loss control group were（123±43.6）ml.Two groups of the bleeding loss have statistical significance（P0.05）.The observation group appear 1 mild nausea patients,recovery without treatment,control group has not seen obvious adverse reaction.Two groups of adverse reaction condtion difference have statistical significance.Conclusion Compound mifeprstone and misoprostol can obtain higher abortion rate,strengthen effect,reduce resistance to get results endometrial hormone receptor,the influcence of fewer side effects than control group,clinical effect were good,have a good safety,worth to application at clinical.
