摘要
目的:探讨输尿管镜碎石术的常见并发症及其预防和处理。方法:回顾性分析2005年1月～2010年1月1 290例输尿管镜碎石术的患者资料,总结输尿管镜碎石术的常见并发症及处理方法。结果:输尿管穿孔53例(4.10%);输尿管黏膜损伤31例(2.40%);输尿管断裂2例(0.16%);出血40例(3.10%);感染和发热36例(2.79%);输尿管狭窄1 9例(1.47%)。结论:严格的掌握手术适应证、熟练操作技巧和正确的处理术中遇到的困难是预防和处理输尿管镜碎石术并发症的关键。
Objective：To explore the causes of complications in ureterscopic llthOtrlpsy 1or ureterlc catcmL ainu the precautionary measure. Methods： Between January 2005 and January 2010, ureterscopic lithotripsy was per- formed in 1290 cases,The clinical data and the complications were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Ureteral perfo- ration occurred in 53 cases（4.10 %） ;ureteral mucosa damnification in 31 cases（2.40%） ;urethral rupture in 2 ca- ses（0.16%）;persistent hematuria in 40 cases（3. 10%）;severe urinary infections in 36 cases（2.79%）;ureteral stricture in 19 cases（1.47 % ）. Conclusions： Correct method to manage the difficulties, mastering of surgical indica- tions and surgical technique are the key to reducing and preventing complications.
