摘要
针对人力资源管理的重要性,就如何做好施工企业人力资源管理工作进行了探讨,分别从树立人力资源管理的新理念、留住企业需要的人才、构筑具有企业特色的人才高地三方面加以论述,为解决人力资源管理中存在的问题阐明了思路。
According to the importance of the human resource management,the paper explores the ways of how to do well in the human resource management of the construction enterprises,and indicates from the establishment of the new idea of human resource management,the keeping of the talents needed by the enterprises and the construction of the talents with enterprise features,so as to illustrates the ideas for solving the problems in the human resource management.
