摘要
经济增长与社会发展的深刻矛盾催生了"低碳"潮流。阿拉善盟正处于工业化和城镇化加快发展时期,低碳时代的到来为全盟经济社会的发展理念和发展实践带来了新的课题。文章在科学发展和低碳发展的视野下,重新审视巴彦浩特镇与阿拉善经济开发区的发展战略和发展模式,提出将巴彦浩特镇建设成为生态特色镇、阿拉善经济开发区建设成为低碳经济区的发展构想。
Deep conflict between economic growth and social development originates the trend of Low-carbon.Nowadays,it is in the period of quick development in the area of industrialization and urbanization in Alashan.Era of Low-carbon brings new problem for strategy and practice of development.In the eyes of scientific development and Low-carbon development,the article analysis the strategy and model of development between Bayanhaote Town and Economic Developing Zone of Alashan again,and suggests that Bayanhaote becomes ecological town and economic developing zone becomes Low-carbon developing zone.
