摘要
目的:探讨儿童肱骨髁上骨折,采用切开复位克斯针内固定对儿童肱骨髁上骨折治疗的疗效。方法:均为闭合性骨折,伸直型92例,屈曲型14例,都采用切开复位克斯针内固定。结果:本组106例,随访4～12个月,平均8个月。优66例,屈伸受限10°内,肘内翻0～5°;良36例,9例屈伸受限11～30°内;肘内翻10°;差4例,屈伸受限30°以上,肘内翻10°以上,总优良率96%。结论:对于儿童肱骨髁上骨折采用切开复位克斯针内固定是一种行之有效的方法。
Objective：To evaluate clinical effect of treatment of humeral supracondylar fracture in children with open reduction and Kirschner wire internal fixation.Methods：106 cases（88 male,18 female,aged 5 years to 14 years,45 left,61 right）with closed fractures were chosen,which unbend type was 92 cases and buckling type was 14 cases.All the patients received open reduction and kirschner wire internal fixation.Patients came in for 4-12month follow up（average 8 months）.Results：In all 106 patients,66 cases were optimal（flexion limited to 10°,cubitus varus deformities of 5°）,36 cases were good（flexion limited from 11°to 30°,cubitus varus deformities of 10 °） 4 cases were bad（flexion limited was more than 30° and cubitus varus deformities was more than 10 °）.The optimal and good rate was 96%.Conclusions：Open reduction and kirschner wire internal fixation is an effective method for children humerus supracondylar fractures.
