微波辅助提取苘麻籽油的工艺优化

摘要 在单因素试验的基础上,采用Box-Behnken设计对微波辅助提取苘麻籽油工艺中的液料比、微波时间和微波功率3因素的最优化组合进行了定量研究,建立并分析了各因素与得率关系的数学模型。结果表明:最佳的工艺条件为液料比10.4 mL/g,微波时间176 s和微波功率372 W。经试验验证,在此条件下得率为21.72%,与理论计算值21.62%基本一致。说明回归模型能较好地预测苘麻籽油的提取得率。 The influences of solvent to material ratio,microwave time and microwave power on the extraction yield of oil from Semen Abutili with the microwave extraction technique were studied according to the Box-Behnken experimental design based on the single factor experiments.One mathematical model established and analyzed by response surface methodology(RSM) was adequate to describe the relationships between the studied factors and the response of the volatile oil extraction yield.Based on the canonical analysis,the optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows: solvent to material ratio 10.4 mL/g,microwave time 176 s and microwave power 372 W.Under the optimized extraction conditions,it could be included that the oil extraction yield was 21.72%,which was close to the estimated value 21.62% attained by using regression model.This model could be used to predict the experiment results well.
