氧化损伤与阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征

摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(Obstructive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome,OSAHS)主要表现为睡眠过程中出现呼吸暂停、低通气、微觉醒及间断反复低氧,此生理过程类似缺血再灌注损伤,从而造成一系列氧化损伤,如蛋白质、核酸、DNA等。8-异前列腺素F2a(8-iso-prostaglandin F2a,8-iso-PGF2a)是脂质过氧化反应的特异性产物,8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine,8-OHdG)是DNA氧化损伤的生物标志物。硝基酪氨酸(nitrotyrosine,NT)可作为内源性蛋白质硝化的标志。氧化低密度脂蛋白(oxidized low density lipoprotein,ox-LDL)是血浆低密度脂蛋白(LDL)在过量自由基及其他致病因素作用下经化学修饰而形成的产物。晚期氧化蛋白产物(advanced oxidation protein products,AOPP)系由氧化应激导致体内各种蛋白质氧化损伤所形成的终末产物的总称。 [Objective]Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome(OSAHS) mainly presented as apnea,hypopnea,arousals and repeated intermittent hypoxia during sleep.This physiological process is similar to ischemia-reperfusion injury,and it causes a series of oxidative damage,such as proteins,nucleic acids and DNA.8-iso prostaglandin F2α(8-iso-PGF2α) is the specific product of lipid peroxidation,and 8-hydroxy-2-deoxyguanosine(8-OHdG) is the biomarker of DNA oxidative damage.Nitrotyrosine(NT) can be used as a marker of endogenous protein nitration.Oxidized low density lipoprotein(Ox-LDL) is the product that plasma low density lipoprotein(LDL) is modified chemically with excessive free radicals and other pathogenic factors.Advanced oxidation protein products(AOPP) is the general name of end products of protein oxidative damage caused by oxidative stress in vivo.
