Analysis on Health Status of Community Residents in Dongcheng District of Xuchang City

摘要 目的通过社区居民健康调查,了解和分析社区居民的健康行为、健康状况和健康需求,制定社区居民健康干预措施,提高社区居民的健康水平。方法 2009年1月—2010年12月东城区社区卫生服务中心人员采用入户调查的方法,随机对2个社区5 723名居民进行健康调查。结果社区居民健康基本知识知晓率和健康行为形成率较低,5 723名社区居民中有1 365人患有慢性疾病,患病率23.85%。高血压、慢性支气管炎、糖尿病为慢性疾病的前3位,且随年龄增长慢性疾病患病率呈增高趋势,但与文化程度关系不大,不良的生活方式是慢性疾病患病率增加的主要危险因素。结论戒除不良生活习惯,加强体育锻炼,合理膳食,加强壮区居民健康档案的建立以及健康教育宣传是社区居民健康干预的关键。 [Objective]By using health investigation among community residents,to understand and analyze the health behavior,health status and health needs of community residents,develop the health intervention measures,so as to improve the health level of community residents. [Methods]From January 2009 to December 2010,the household health investigation was conducted by workers of community health service center in Dongcheng district,and 5 723 residents from 2 communities were investigated randomly. [Results]The awareness rates of basic health knowledge and formation rate of health behavior among community residents were low.1 365 of 5 723 residents had chronic diseases,and the prevalence was 23.85%.The top three chronic diseases were hypertension,chronic bronchitis and diabetes.The prevalence of chronic diseases increased with increasing age,but it was not related to education level.The unhealthy life style was the main risk factor of increasing prevalence of chronic diseases. [Conclusion]The keys of health intervention of community residents include changing unhealthy life style,enhancing physical training,implementing rational diet,establishing the health record and carrying out the health education.
