摘要
衰老作为一个重要的评价终点,目前已经广泛应用于秀丽线虫环境暴露评价以及相关毒理学研究。系统总结了各种金属以及有机污染物暴露所致秀丽线虫衰老毒性;分析了胰岛素信号、应激反应与氧化应激、线粒体呼吸链、金属硫蛋白、金属诱导胁迫响应蛋白NUMR-1和NUMR-2等在环境暴露致秀丽线虫衰老毒性形成中的重要调控功能;指出了代谢变化与环境暴露致秀丽线虫衰老毒性形成之间存在的密切关联;讨论了基于环境暴露致秀丽线虫衰老毒性及相应毒作用机制研究中尚存在的问题以及可能的解决策略。
In model animal of Caenorhabditis elegans,aging has gradually become a widely used endpoint for evaluation of environmental safety and toxicology.In this review,the induction of toxicity on longevity by different metals and organic pollutants in Caenorhabditis elegans was first summarized;Moreover,we discussed the important roles of insulin signals,stress response and oxidative stress,mitochondria respiratory chain,metallothioneins and metal responsive protein(NUMR-1,NUMR-2) in regulating the formation of toxicity on longevity induced by environmental exposure,as well as the possible association of metabolism with toxicity on longevity.Furthermore,the questions needed to be solved for further studies on evaluation of toxicity on longevity induced by environmental exposure and the related toxicology have been discussed,and the related suggestions have also been provided.
