摘要
目的探讨心理干预联合抗精神病药物治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法本科室于2008年5月至2010年5月共收治精神分裂症患者106例,随机分成对照组与研究组(n=53),对照组予以抗精神类药物治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上辅以心理干预。治疗结束分析比较两组的临床资料。结果治疗前,两组的自知力因子分、简明精神症状评定总分、家庭环境评定量表各项目(情感表达、家庭亲密度、文化性、娱乐性、矛盾性、独立性及控制性)得分没有统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗1年后,研究组在的自知力因子分、简明精神症状评定总分和矛盾性项目得分上显著低于对照组,而在情感表达、家庭亲密度、文化性、娱乐性、独立性及控制性项目得分上明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组治愈率高,复发率与病残率低(P<0.05)。结论系统的心理干预联合抗精神病药物治疗精神分裂症可以提高治愈率,降低复发率与病残率,对患者恢复正常的心理状态与社会功能具有重要作用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of psychological intervention combined with antipsychotics for schizophrenia.Methods Totally 106 patients with schizophrenia were studied and randomly divided into control group and study group（n=53）.Antipsychotics was applied in control group and psychological intervention combined with antipsychotics was used in study group.The clinical data of the two groups were compared after the treatment.Results There was no significant difference in insight factor score,total score of brief psychiatric rating scale（BPRS）,scores of every item in family environment scale（emotion expression,family intimacy degree,culture,amusemennt,contradiction,independence and controlling nature） between the two groups before the treatment（P0.05）.However,the scores of insight factor,BPRS and contradiction were lower and the scores of emotion expression,family intimacy degree,culture,amusemennt,independence and controlling nature were higher in study group compared with those in control group after treating for one year（P0.05）.Higher curative rate,lower recurrence and disability rate were observed in study group（P0.05）.Conclusion The therapy of psychological intervention combined with antipsychotics is one of the best strategy for schizophrenia.It can improve the curative rate as well as reduce the recurrence and disability rate.Meanwhile,it is of great importance in recovering normal psychiatric state and social function for patients.
