摘要
目的:探讨子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫动静脉瘘的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析我院收治的4例子宫动静脉瘘患者的临床诊断和栓塞治疗的结果。结果:4例患者经彩色多普勒和血管造影明确诊断,均行双侧子宫动脉栓塞治疗。4例患者栓塞治疗均成功,随访1-2年,3例栓塞术后1-2月月经恢复正常,4例均未再出现阴道大出血。结论:子宫动脉栓塞术是治疗子宫动静脉瘘行之有效的方法,且不影响子宫和卵巢功能。
Objective：To determine the value of uterine artery embolization in treatment of arteriovenous fistua.Methods： 4 cases who underwent uterine artery embolization were enrolled in this retrospective study.Consequences were analyzed.Results： 4 case disgnosed by ultrasonography and angiography underwent uterine artery embolization in both sides with effective rate of 100.00%.Simultaneously,the cases were followed up for 2 years with no mass uterine bleeding;and menopause came to normal in 2 months in 3 cases.Conclusion： Uterine artery embolization were effective in treatment of arteriovenous fistua;additionally,there were no affect on ovary and uterus.
