摘要
为对比新老定额下工程造价的差别,本文以一座中学教学楼为例,进行了新老定额下工程造价的计算与对比,结果显示新定额并没有使工程的总体造价涨幅,可见,房屋的涨价并非是房屋本身的费用增加所导致的,新定额的计算是更合理的。
In order to compare the difference of the engineering cost under new and old norms,engineering cost of a middle-school building under new and old norms are calculated and compared.The results show that the new norm do not make the overall cost of engineering increase,it is clear that the house price is not the building itself as a results of increased costs,the new norm calculation is more reasonable
