摘要
采用核壳乳液聚合法合成了氟硅改性丙烯酸酯核壳乳液并对其膜性能进行了系统研究。通过交联基团改性、硅改性、氟改性等手段,合成了核直径约100 nm^150 nm、壳厚度约40 nm^60 nm的粒子大小较均匀的核壳乳液。结果表明,使用5%(质量分数)乙二醇丁醚作为乳液的成膜剂可以改善成膜附着力;通过γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、甲基三甲氧基硅烷的硅改性和甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯的氟改性能够提高漆膜硬度与耐水性;使用1%氮丙啶能提高漆膜的耐水性;乙烯基碳酸乙烯酯比丙烯酸-β-羟丙酯更能明显提高交联成膜的性能。
A core-shell silicon-containing fluorinated acrylate emulsion was synthesized by core-shell emulsion polymerization with cross-linked groups,silicon-containing monomer and fluorine-containing monomer.The core-shell latex was uniform size particle with core diameter of 100 nm^150 nm and shell thickness of 40 nm^60 nm.The results are summarized as follows: the film adhesion is improved by addition of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether(EGBE)(5%) as film-forming additive;the coating rigidity and water-resistant properties are improved by introduction of silicon monomer(3-(methacryloyloxy)propyltrimethoxysilane(KH-570),methyl trimethoxysilane(MTOS)) and fluorine monomer(dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate(12F));the film application performance with azine dye(AZ) as cross-linking agent is improved;introduction of vinylethylene carbonate(VEC) makes more performance improvement of film than that of 2-hydroxypropyl acrylate(HPA).
