摘要 目的探讨纤维支气管镜(fiberoptic bronchoscopy,FOB)在开胸手术术后肺不张治疗中的临床疗效。方法对2006年7月至2010年7月行纤维支气管镜治疗的61例开胸手术术后肺不张临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果所有病例经纤维支气管镜吸痰后,胸闷、呼吸困难等临床症状均有所好转,呼吸、心率减慢,血氧饱和度明显上升,患侧呼吸音好转。结论纤维支气管镜在开胸手术后肺不张治疗中具有见效快、疗效好、损伤小等特点。 Objective To discussed the clinical application of fiberoptic bronchoscopy treatment on pu1monary atelectasis after thoracic operation.Methods To retrospectively analyzed the datas of 61 pu1monary atelectasis patients after thoracic operation from July 2006 to July 2010 accepted f iberoptic bronchoscopy treatment.Results After fi beroptic bronchoscopy treatment,all the clinical symptom of chest distress,dyspneic respiration and so forth were obviously improvement.Respiration and heart rate obviously decrease,saturation of blood oxygen and respiratory sound obviously upgrade.Conclusion Fiberoptic bronchoscopy treatment on pu1monary atelectasis after thoracic operation were fastly to become effective,better curative effect and little injury.
