摘要 利用DEFORM-3D有限元软件对金刚石涂层钻头钻削SiCp/Al复合材料的过程进行了动态仿真,分析了钻削速度、进给量对加工过程中刀具的轴向力、扭矩以及工件温度的影响。结果表明:随着进给量的增加,钻削过程中钻头的轴向力、扭矩和工件的温度都有所增加;随着钻削速度的增加,钻削过程中钻头的轴向力和扭矩的变化不大,但工件的温度随之增加。 The dynamic simulation of drilling SiCp/Al composites with diamond coated drill was .carried out by finite element software DEFORM- 3D, and the effects of drilling speed, feet rate on drilling forces, torque and temperature of workpieces were investigated during the machining process. The results show that with the increasing of feet rate, drilling forces, torque and the temperature of workpieces are all increasd. On the contrary, with the increasing of drilling speed, drilling forces and torque changed slightly, but the temperature of workpieces increasd.
