摘要
长庆靖边气田部分高产水、高矿化度气井腐蚀严重,油管寿命短,导致气井停产,修井频繁、费用高,给气田生产带来安全隐患。针对以上问题,国外常选用耐蚀合金管材进行治理,但防腐成本高,难以在靖边气田应用。为此提出了底层13Cr不锈钢,面层Al合金的双金属复合喷涂技术,对微观组织和耐腐蚀性能进行分析,结合现场挂片试验及腐蚀检测手段评价应用情况。结果表明,双金属复合喷涂涂层孔隙率低、耐蚀性能优、成本低,为低产、高腐蚀气井提供了一种经济有效的防腐手段。
Some gas wells with high water content and high mineralization in Changqing Jingbian Gas Field are seriously corroded and service life of oil pipelines in the wells are shortened greatly,which results in production stop of gas wells and frequent well repairs and brings about serious potential safety hazard to gas field production.Corrosion resisting alloy tubes are often used abroad to solve the above problem,but much more costs are needed and it is difficult to apply such tubes in Jingbian Gas Field.Introduced is the composite spraying technique for double metal of 13Cr stainless steel in the bottom layer and Al alloy in the surface layer and analyzed is its microstructure and corrosion resistance and assessed is its field application in combination of field coupon corrosion test and corrosion detection means.The assessment results show that the composite spraying technique for double metal has such advantages as low coating porosity,excellent corrosion resistance and low cost,which is a low cost and effective corrosion control means for gas wells with low yield and serious corrosion.
