Evaluation of ecological benefits of ecological forest in Hunan Province

摘要 通过对湖南生态公益林涵养水源、土壤保育、固碳、释氧和生物储能等生态效益的进行计算,结果表明:湖南省公益林生态效益总价值为2 861.72亿元,其中涵养水源蓄水总量135.55亿t,价值为117.48亿元,不同林分类型中,涵养水源的能力有差异,强弱顺序为阔叶林>马尾松林>杉木林>灌木林>竹林>疏林地;减少水土流失14 010.83万t,经济价值为132.30亿元,有林地较荒山荒地平均每年减少侵蚀量29.15 t/hm2,直接经济价值4.94亿元,减少了N、P、K损失,直接增加营养元素N、P、K分别为590 577.3、30 866.5、148 201.3 t;固定吸收CO2总量19 823.27万t,经济价值716.09亿元,各类型生态公益林固碳价值有显著差别,阔叶树固碳能力最大,毛竹和疏林地固碳能力最低;释放O2总量为17 026.10万t,经济价值为1 702.62亿元,各类型释氧能力有差别,但差别不大,松类释氧能力大于阔叶树,但差别不明显,毛竹的释氧能力最低;贮能效益价值为193.23亿元,各种生态公益林中针叶林的贮能能力最强。 The assessment of five public benefits of the ecological forest in Hunan Province were conducted: saving of water, preven- ting soil erosion, fixing carbon and releasing oxygen and carbon storage. The results show that : The total value of ecological benefits of ecological forest is 286. 172 billion yuan (RMB), of which 11. 748 billion yuan for saving of water 13.55 billion t. In different stand type, the differences in ability of saving water, the strength of the order is broad-leaved forest 〉 Pinus massonia plantation 〉 Chinese fir plantation 〉 shrub 〉 bamboo plantation 〉 open forest land. The ecological forest reduced 13. 230 billion yuan for preventing soil erosion 140. 108 3 million t, and the forest land reduce average annual erosion 29. 15 t/hm2 more than barren hills and wasteland, reduce 494 million yuan of economic value directly, reduce nutrients N, P, K losses and increase N, P, K directly, 590 577. 3 t, 30 866.5 t and 148 201.3 t respectively. The ecological forest reduce 71. 609 billion yuan and 19. 823 27 million t for carbon fixation. There significant difference in carbon fixation ability of those ecological forest type, the broad-leaved forest has strongest carbon fixation ablity, and the bamboo and open forest is lowest. The ecological forest increase 170. 062 billion yuan and releasing oxygen 170. 026 1 million t, there are no significant difference in releasing oxygen ability, the ability of pine is stronger than broad-leaved forest in no significant difference, and the bamboo is lowest. The carbon storage value is 19. 323 billion yuan, and the coniferous forest has strongest releasing oxygen ability in those ecological forests.
