摘要
自学考试是我国特有的高等教育形式,它既是一种国家考试也是一种开放的教育体系.这种双重属性,是自学考试得以高速发展的源动力,但也导致自学考试的管理体制的复杂性.随着社会的发展,自学考试的发展受到了前所未有的挑战,究其原因,主要的障碍来自多年不变的管理体制.因此,必须对自学考试的考试管理体制和教育管理体制进行创新.
Self-study examination is a form of advanced education specific to our country. It is both a national examination and an open educational system. This dual nature not only motivates the fast development of self-study examination but it also results in the complexity of management system for self-study examination. As the society develops, the development of self-study examination faces unprecedented challenges. The main obstacles lie in the unchailenging management system existing for many years. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the management system of testing and education for self-study examination.
