摘要
在分析北京市高速公路建设现状及面临挑战的基础上,从确定高速公路合理规模和主要布局方向两个方面分析了北京市高速公路建设需求,明确了"十二五"期间北京市高速公路布局目标及原则。在此基础上,提出了"十二五"期间北京市高速公路布局规划及实施方案建议,以达到高速公路布局更加合理高效、推进高速公路建设进程、促进社会经济发展的目的。
On the basis of the analysis of the expressway construction status and challenge in Beijing,the paper analyzes the expressway network building demand from two aspects,which are reasonable scale and the main layout of developing direction.It proposes the goal and principle of expressway network layout thinking of the 12th Five-Year period.On this basis,it puts forward some suggestions on layout planning and implementation,which are expected to make the expressway network layout more reasonable and efficient to promote the process of the expressway building planning and the development of society and economy.
