摘要
目的观察稳消颗粒对兔实验性动脉粥样硬化血脂代谢的影响。方法选取健康新西兰大白兔36只,实验前经耳缘静脉采血,检测总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平,随机分为空白组9只和造模组27只,分别给予标准饲料和高脂饲料。8周后造模成功,经耳缘静脉采血,再次检测上述指标。将造模组随机分为3组:稳消颗粒组(稳消颗粒)、辛伐他汀组(辛伐他汀)、模型对照组(蒸馏水)。停用高脂饲料,改用标准饲料并根据体质量比折算的临床剂量给予相应的药物治疗8周后,处死动物,检测上述指标。结果与空白组相比,稳消颗粒组、辛伐他汀组和模型对照组的TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著增高。与模型对照组相比,稳消颗粒组、辛伐他汀组TC、TG、LDL-C的水平显著降低,但用药组之间比较没有显著性差异;HDL-C有增高的趋势,但各组比较均无显著性差异。结论稳消颗粒可降低TC、TG、LDL-C水平,改善血脂代谢紊乱。
Objective It is to observe the effects of Wenxiao granule on the blood fat metabolism in experimental atherosclerotic rabbits.Methods Thirty-six healthy New Zealand rabbits were chosen and their blood from ear veins was gotten to determine the levels of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C before the experiment.Then the rabbits were randomly divided into blank group with 9 rabbits and model group with 27 rabbits,and were fed with normal diet and a high-fat diet respectively.After 8 weeks,the models were established successfully and their blood from ear veins were gotten again to determined the indexes above.Then the model group was divided into 3 groups: Wenxiao granule group simvastatin group and model control group.Thereafter,rats in two drug-treated groups were treated with respective drug according to their weight and fed with the standard food for another 8 weeks.At the end of experiment,all the rats were sacrificed and blood was collected for determining the concentration of the indexes above.Results Compared with blank group,the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C decreased apparently in Wenxiao granule group,simvastatin group and atherosclerosis model group.Compared with model control group,the levels of TC and LDL-C were significantly lower than that in Wenxiao granule group,simvastatin(P0.05),but no significant difference was found among medication groups(P0.05).HDL-C had an increasing tendency,but without statistical significance.Conclusion Wenxiao granule group could obviously low down the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,and improve blood fat metabolism disorder.
