摘要
国内外在高水压、富水、岩溶地段修建特长隧道的技术还不成熟,地层加固和堵水及岩溶的处理技术有待发展,充填型溶洞的注浆理论需要不断探索,在高压、富水、岩溶区修建特长隧道是一种具有挑战性的世界难题。因此,针对圆梁山隧道高水压、富水、岩溶的特点,结合周围环境条件,深入开展了高水压、富水、岩溶特长隧道注浆堵水技术研究,提出高压、密孔、超细材料、反复检查、渐进注浆的地层综合加固和堵水技术,解决了圆梁山隧道1~#、2~#、3~#溶洞和4~#岩溶管道注浆加固的难题,在理论上有创新和突破,在技术上具有独创性和开拓性,实际应用效果良好。
The technology of constructing extra-long tunnel in high-pressure and water-riched zone in karst is immature at home and abroad,the reinforcement of stratum and the treatment of karst need to be researched,and the grouting theory for filling-type karst caves needs to be explored.Therefor,extra-long tunnel construction in high-pressure and water-riched zone of karst is a world challenging problem.In view of the characteristics of high-pressure,rich in water and karst of Yuanliangshan tunnel,thorough grouting research of long tunnel water shut-off in high-pressure and water-riched zone of karst was explored on the basis of surrounding geological conditions.Thus the gradual comprehensive grouting of repeated inspection using high pressure,dense holes and super-fine material was raised,effectively solving the grouting difficulties encountering in 1~#,2~#,3~# karst caves and 4~# karst channel in Yuanliangshan tunnel.The comprehensive grouting has innovation and breakthroughs in theory,and originality and pioneering in technique,achieving favorable results.
