摘要
用4种土壤微生物DNA提取方法提取了3种类型土壤的微生物总DNA,利用分光光度法测定4种DNA的OD260、OD280,并计算和分析DNA提取物的产率和纯度.研究发现:方法4即改良的DNA提取方法,无论是提取DNA的产率,还是提取DNA的纯度,都较其他3种方法高,说明改良的DNA提取方法能够准确有效地提取3种类型土壤的微生物DNA.
We adopted four DNA extraction methods to extract total microbial DNA from three types of soil,OD260 and OD280 of the DNA extract with the four methods were determined,and were calculated and evaluated synthetically the yield and purity,of the DNA extraction with spectrophotometry.The results showed that the highest DNA yield and DNA purity were obtained by using the improved method.The improved method can be an effective and reliable DNA extraction method for soil microbes.
