摘要
目前城市交通的改善与优化是国内众多城市所面临的一个重要课题。以义乌市交通状况为例,在分析其交通现状和布局特点的基础上,借鉴其他城市成功经验,提出五点改善城市交通的对策:制订"义乌交通发展战略",坚持优先发展公共交通;建立法治的交通管理体制,做到有法可依,执法必严;利用信息技术管理道路,提高道路服务能力;构建完善的道路路网体系,打造空中公交快速运行系统;利用高科技实行道路需求管理,提高道路使用率等。这对城市交通拥堵的治理具有参考价值。
To improve and optimize traffic is an important topic for many domestic cities nowadays.Taking Yiwu′s traffic for example,on the basis of analyzing its traffic situation and layouting characteristic,and drawing on the successful experience of other cities,we put forward five measures to improve municipal traffic to work out a Strategy of Yiwu Traffic Development,to insist on giving priority to the development of public traffic,and to build a traffic management ruled by law,which makes sure that there must be laws to go by,the laws must be strictly enforced to use information technology to manage roads to improve service ability to establish complete road system and to build rapid air transportation system,and to implement roads requirements management with high-tech to improve road usage rate.All the measures are valuable to deal with traffic jam.
