不锈钢半自动(MAG)焊在核电厂建设中的应用

摘要 对采用半自动(MAG)气体保护焊来焊接不锈钢水箱的工艺进行了研究,并且对试验结果进行了分析,试验结果表明:焊缝经NDT检测合格,金相照片和力学性能良好。该焊接工艺成功应用于核电厂不锈钢水箱的安装焊接中,焊接接头质量合格,外观成型良好,焊接效率高。 The use of semi-automatic(MAG) gas shielded welding process to weld stainless steel water tank has been studied and the test results were analyzed to show that:the weld is qualified by NDT testing,metallurgical photos and mechanical properties are good.The welding process is used successfully in welding of nuclear power plant stainless steel tanks,and welded joints is of acceptable quality,good appearance forming and high welding efficiency.
