摘要 食品中的生物性污染无论在发达国家还是在发展中国家都是影响食品安全的最主要的原因。随着人们对食品安全认识的提高,食源性致病菌及食源性疾病已引起了世界各国广泛的关注,致病菌的检测技术是食源性疾病预防与控制的关键技术环节。目前我们国家虽然制定有相关的食物样品和食物中毒病原菌检验方法,但该方法耗时较长,
